Damages
We have represented our clients in more than a thousand disputes in liability law. Damages and immaterial damage are our primary focus and we cooperate with sworn experts and clients on assessing the extent of damage. We have ensured favourable fundamental conclusions of the Supreme Court of the Czech Republic and the Czech Constitutional Court concerning case law for our clients.
Relations with international partners
We provide legal advisory services to entrepreneurs in business relations with foreign elements, help cultivate relations with foreign partners, assist with negotiating, drafting and concluding contracts and make every effort to prevent possible disputes. We speak English, German, Polish and Russian. When foreign law has to be applied, we cooperate with our colleagues abroad.
Labor law
We represent municipalities, cities and counties asemployers andindividuals as employees in employment relations. We prepare and provide expert advice onemployment documents. Our specialization also covers litigation (especially disputes over dismissal from employment / immediate termination of employment, etc.). We have extensive experience inlabor law regarding officials and we will gladly prepare assessments and opinions in this field.
