A transparent price list for download? From a lawyer? 👀 Can´t be possible!
But it is! We only want the best for our clients – and by that we don’t just mean the legal services provided, but the entire cooperation with us. Some legal matters can appear rather unclear and may not always be associated with a positive experience. This is precisely the reason why we want to offer our clients at least one stable point in resolving their rights and claims.
After establishing a licensed partnership with the trustberg law firm, we decided on a similar price list model: the price list. 📜
We focus on business and corporate law, insurance law and joint ventures. At the same time, we realize that our clients’ time is valuable. With this step, we want to minimize unfulfilled offers or demands and support the de-tabooization of lawyers’ remuneration in order to make legal services more human. At Tschöpl & Partner, we stand for price transparency. 👐🏼
Given that the price list will be applied mainly to cases with a cross-border element and cases related to our licensed partnership, the prices are in EUR. We draw your attention to the reservation of individual pricing and the reservation with respect to Decree No. 177/1996 Coll., Czech attorney’s tariff.
